City Manager suggested possi.ble solution might be to retain the decal with the added control whereby on presentation of a valid membership card, the Harbormaster would apply a, sticker to the boat and log just once, with one sticker issued per member card, on an annual basis. Councilman Henderson moved to introduce Ordinance appropriating $11,000 from unappropriated balance of Marina Revenue Fund to provide for improvements to and relocation of Harbormaster's Control Office at Municipal Marina, seconded by Councilman Petersen, and carried, Councilman Arnett moved to adopt RESOLUTION NO. 6287 APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR THE RELOCATION OF THE HARBORMASTER'S CONTROL OFFICE AT THE MUNICIPAL MARINA AND AUTHORIZING CITY CLERK TO CALL FOR BIDS THEREFOR, seconded by Councilman Keckley.
