(Copies <br />submitted to Council) <br />Councilman Petersen moved to refer the matter to the Franchise Committee <br />for recommendation, seconded by Councilman Henderson and carried, <br />(MINUTE ORDER #70-129) <br />Councilman Henderson reminded Council of ABAG General Assembly on July 30, <br />1970, <br />and <br />that Councilman <br />Keckley, as Alternate Delegate <br />would <br />represent <br />the City <br />at that meeting. <br />She requested that the matter <br />be on <br />the agenda <br />of July 20th in order that Council can give him guidance.
