He requested that the City Manager submit a report on compliance <br />by the Peninsula Cable Television Company and recommendations of Staff as to how <br />to proceed on the bond. Councilman Weymouth added his request that the report <br />show grey areas where no service is available, and why. City Manager advised <br />that if areas cannot be serviced, then the company has not complied. He stated <br />that a physical check is being run, since this must be done before Staff can <br />certify to Council the company has complied.
