Reiter announced Mr . Kubelbeck had submitted his resignation <br /> from DMJM in order to accept a very important and challenging <br /> position with Occidental Petroleum Company but he would be still <br /> available to some extent for District GID 1 -64 matters . <br /> Request of John M . Janson for extension of time for completion of construction of <br /> sanitary sewers to October 1 , 1969 , Portion of Lot 1 , Block 17 , Oak Knoll Manor , ap - <br /> proved subject to renewal of insurance on motion of Councilman Keckley , seconded by <br /> Councilman Henderson and carried ( MINUTE ORDER #69- 90 ) . <br /> Councilman Weymouth moved to adopt RESOLUTION NO . 5987 URGING PUBLIC UTILITIES COMMISSION <br /> OF SAN FRANCISCO TO DELAY PROPOSED INCREASES IN WATER RATES , AND SUPPORTING STUDY <br /> PROPOSED BY SAN MATEO COUNTY BOARD OF SUPERVISORS , seconded by Councilman Arnett and <br /> carried on roll call vote . <br /> Staff recommended delay of any action on proposed increases in water rates until <br /> there is time for full and adequate exploration of facts supporting such increase . <br /> Councilman Petersen moved to adopt RESOLUTION NO . 5988 OF INTENTION TO VACATE TEN FOOT <br /> WIDE PUBLIC UTILITY EASEMENT THROUGH PORTION OF BLOCK. 2 , NEWELL PARK, ( sets public <br /> hearing for June 2 , 1969 ) , seconded by Councilman Keckley . <br /> Staff reported there were presently 3 adj <br />
