B . Taylor , Jr . , of the USS Benjamin Stoddert , <br /> expressing appreciation for the Council ' s commending <br /> resolution to their Staff for participation in the 1968 <br /> Navy Day observance in our City . <br /> Notice from the Redwood City-San Carlos -Belmont Board of <br /> Realtors of their appointees to act as their Civic Re - <br /> lations Committee and offering this Committee ' s assistance <br /> to the City in any capacity of mutual interest ( copy sub - <br /> mitted to Council ) . <br /> Report from the California Highway Commission covering <br /> their adopted resolution Restating Procedure Relative <br /> to Adoption of Freeway Locations by their Commission <br /> ( report submitted to Council ) . <br /> City Clerk announced that a schedule for appointment would be made for filling <br /> the vacancy on the Board of Building Review occasioned by the death of member <br /> Norman S .
