S . , advising of motion passed at their re - <br /> cent meeting protesting the vandalism of the " Old Soldier " <br /> status in Union Cemetery and recommending that the vandals <br /> be punished to the fullest extent of the law and restitution <br /> be made in full ( copy submitted to Council and Police Chief ) . <br /> Board of Supervisors of El Dorado County enclosing copies of <br /> letters and their Resolution relating to the extension of <br /> BCDC and the formation of the Tahoe Regional Agency Govern- <br /> ment ( copy submitted to Council , City Manager and Attorney . ) <br /> Donald G . Boesch , Attorney , on behalf of his client , Hans <br /> Nielsen , regarding a sewer connection requested to property <br /> outside the City Limits , together with all back up material <br /> pertaining to this request ( copies submitted to Council , City <br /> Manager , Attorney and Director of Public Works . ) <br /> City Manager advised a report and recommendation would be made to Council after a <br /> further investigation by Staff . ( Memo 7/8/69 ) <br /> Councilman Rosselli asked that Staff be requested to investigate situation around <br /> the small drive -in sales offices located in large parking areas which he felt <br /> presented serious problems because of manner in which electrical wiring installed , <br /> and lack of sanitary facilities . ( Memo 7/8/69 ) <br /> He also noted that the Council ' s Franchise Committee was to meet on Thursday , <br /> July 10th , 7 : 30 a . m . , on subject of Union Cemetery and franchises , <br /> Councilman Henderson stated she had been invited to participate in the Annual State <br /> Conference of Women on Highway Safety , Sacramento , August i4 , 15 - 16 and asked for <br /> Council ' s permission to attend , <br /> Councilman Keckley moved to grant requested permission , and authorize any advance of <br /> funds necessary , seconded by Councilman Weymouth and carried . ( MINUTE ORDER #69 -141 ) <br /> Councilman Rosselli moved to adjourn by adoption of RESOLUTION NO . 6036 COMMEMORATING <br /> THE MEMORY OF JOHN C . STAHL ( affectionately known as " Iron Legs " in his spreading <br /> of goodwill throughout the United States ) , seconded by Councilman Weymouth and <br /> carried on roll call vote , Councilman Arnett being noted absent . <br /> Meeting adjourned at 9 : 35 . <br /> HELEN C .
