Bury , and City Clerk <br /> Helen C . Moore . Councilmen Herbert G . Petersen and John S .Rosselli were noted <br /> absent . Also noted present were City Manager Howard C . Ullrich , City Attorney <br /> David E . Schricker , City Assessor , Jack Ference , and Deputy City Clerk Marian <br /> McCrindle . <br /> Also noted present were Allen Yuen and Frank Riggs , of Marshall & Stevens , Inc . , <br /> City ' s Appraisal Consultants for GID 1 -64 . <br /> Mayor Bury declared hearing open and affidavit of publication of notice of meeting <br /> date and time ordered filed , stating the meeting was held forpurpose of equalizing <br /> assessments of property , District GID 1 -64 for the fiscal year 1969- 1970 , as prepared <br /> and certified by the City-Auditor-Assessor . <br /> City Clerk reported there had been no applications for reductinn of assessments <br /> received to date . <br /> There being no applications for reduction of assessments , nor anyone present re - <br /> questing to be heard , Councilman Henderson moved to close the hearing , seconded by <br /> Councilman Weymouth and carried . <br /> ilt 1613 <br />
