Mayor Bury asked that City Manager request the Planning <br /> Director to investigate and report on the matter . Louis Scherer , Planning <br /> Director Ken Schroeter , and Deputy City Clerk Marian McCrindle . <br /> Councilman Keckley moved to approve Minutes of Regular Meeting of July 28 , 1969 , <br /> seconded by Councilman Arnett and carried . <br /> Progress Report - Redwood Shores . <br /> Mr . Willis Caryl , Project Engineer of DMJM, briefed the Council on progress in <br /> Redwood Shores project during this past month by highlighting the following points : <br /> Engineering design and improvement plans for Twin Dolphin Parkway and Marlin Sub- <br /> division #3 now in process of checking by City Staff ; Swartz & Co . and Leslie Proper- <br /> ties in process of planning Marlin Subdivision #4 , consisting of 184 townhouses , <br /> Steinberger Tentative Map to be presented to Council shortly as had been held up due <br /> to traffic considerations ; Bridge Parkway Bridge now out for bid , together with <br /> Marlin subdivision #2 improvements , utility crossing across Belmont Drain out to <br /> bid by Leslie Properties ; approval being requested of Council at this meeting for <br /> excavation along Belmont Drain . <br /> He noted Leslie Properties now in process of negotiation on the Shoretown develop - <br /> ment ; some 138 homes under construction , with 22 being sold on Subdivision #1 ; <br /> improvements under way in Dolphin Subdivision #1 , Peninsula Parkway fencing to be <br /> started soon ; Neighborhood Park in center of Unit #1 nearing completion and dredging <br /> operation under way in diamond portion of interior waterway nearing completion , and <br /> reclamation work proceeding northerly of Shell Parkway ; additional townhouses and <br /> residences being started within Dolphin Subdivisions No , 1 and No . 2 . <br /> tak IS <br />
