Sanguinetti ' s communication detailing the problems and hazard to <br /> the area from overflowing septic tanks all along 500 block of Canyon Road , <br /> submitted for Council ' s information . <br /> City Manager reported that applicant had indicated they would be willing to <br /> file for annexation and that he believed it could be approved through LAFC , <br /> although it was hoped annexation area could be enlarge instead of making in- <br /> dividual annexation parcels . He also outlined the sewer connection that <br /> would be made from line in Canyon Road and that notice would be given to other <br /> property owners on other side of street who could now be hooked up to this <br /> sewer line , and as provided for by ordinance . <br /> Mayor Bury commented on number of requests for annexation of small parcels <br /> he had been made aware of , and hoped Staff would make a report soon since <br /> Council had previously indicated their preference to annex only larger areas <br /> at a time ( Memo 1/2169 ) , Motion carried on roll call vote , Councilman Petersen <br /> being noted absent . <br /> ACCEPTANCE OF Improvements , Rinker Development Company , approved on motion of <br /> Councilman Keckley , seconded by Councilman Henderson .
