City Manager reported that applicant had indicated they would be willing to file for annexation and that he believed it could be approved through LAFC , although it was hoped annexation area could be enlarge instead of making in- dividual annexation parcels . He also outlined the sewer connection that would be made from line in Canyon Road and that notice would be given to other property owners on other side of street who could now be hooked up to this sewer line , and as provided for by ordinance .
