( Copy submitted to Council ) <br /> Councilman Keckley moved to adopt RESOLUTION NO , 6083 COMMENDING GENE KOHLMANN <br /> AND CONGRATULATING HIM ON HIS ACHIEVEMENTS AS A RACER OF ONE - MAN SAILBOATS , <br /> seconded by Councilman Henderson . <br /> Councilman Keckley noted his earlier request for consideration by Council to <br /> give recognition to Gene Kohlmann , and stating he would ask the young man to be <br /> present at the meeting at which presentation of this resolution will be made . <br /> Motion carried on roll call vote , Councilman Rosselli being noted absent . <br /> Councilman Arnett moved to adjourn to adjourned Regular Meeting on September 3 , <br /> at Community Activities Building , and by adoption of RESOLUTION NO , 6084 <br /> COMMEMORATING THE MEMORY OF WILLIAM DAWSON , seconded by Councilman Weymouth <br /> and carried on roll call vote , Councilman Rosselli being noted absent .
