If <br /> Staff recommendations are endorsed , there would be oneposition added , that of <br /> Personnel Analyst , He noted also that it was intended to remove insurance <br /> y programs and retirement plans and other similar records from the Auditing Depart - <br /> ment where they are now handled , to the new Personnel Department . This would <br /> relieve Auditing Department personnel of functions more appropriately assigned <br /> to Personnel Department . <br /> Councilman Arnett asked what the responsibilities would be of the new Personnel <br /> Analyst , after having served initial function with the survey , and Manager <br /> advised the reclassification function is a continuing situation .
