Mr . Martin , 6830 La Honda Road , questioned whether area around Skyline Boulevard was to be considered for this type of installation . Mr . It was noted plans and specifications were revised to include the recently acquired City park property in this District , and provide for payment by the City of the assessments to be made against Parcels 1 , 2 , 3A , 4 and 5A , and that this public hearing will establish the District boundaries and describe the work proposed to be done . There being no communications or oral protest , Councilman Keckley moved to close the public hearing , seconded by Councilman Rosselli and carried . Councilman Rosselli moved to adopt RESOLUTION NO . 6105 BEING RESOLUTION OF PUBLIC CONVENIENCE AND NECESSITY, OAK KNOLL-CANYON LANE & VICINITY SEWER IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT , seconded by Councilman Arnett and carried on roll call vote , Councilman
