Motion <br /> carried on roll call vote , Councilman Petersen being noted absent . <br /> Councilman Keckley moved to adopt RESOLUTION NO , 5892 APPROVING SPECIFICATIONS <br /> FOR THE PURCHASE OF GASOLINE FOR THE PERIOD OF MARCH 1 , 1969-JUNE 30 , 1970 ; <br /> AND AUTHORIZING CALL FOR BIDS THEREFOR , seconded by Councilman Weymouth . <br /> It was noted City requirements for this period were estimated at approximately <br /> 250 , 000 gallons of Premium and 20 , 000 gallons of non- Premium . Two of the proposed sites are in San Mateo <br /> County : Greco and Bair Islands . ( Copy submitted to Council ) <br /> Councilman Rosselli moved to refer this communication to Staff for reply , <br /> seconded by Councilman Arnett and carried ( MINUTE ORDER #69-25 ) . <br /> City Attorney advised of the notification from Public Utilities Commission <br /> of a request for proposed rate increase by PG&E and inviting City to file <br />
