( MINUTE ORDER #69-26 ) .
City Clerk reported Councilman Rosselli had submitted name of Michael Douglas as
a candidate to fill the vacancy on the Board of Building Review , nominations for
which close as of this date , and biographical data had been submitted to Council
members at this meeting . City
Attorney advised of City ' s monetary interest in this matter and suggested it
might be well that Council refer this matter to Staff for a review and report
back . Mayor Bury stated inasmuch as former Mayor and Councilman Herkner was
a representative to this District and had advised him of a meeting scheduled
shortly , he thought it best for a report to be received first on results of this
meeting .
Councilman Rosselli moved to adjourn , seconded by Councilman Keckley and carried .
Meeting adjourned at 8 : 30 P .M .
Helen C .
