M . <br /> Councilman Arnett moved to appoint City Manager , Assistant City Manager , and <br /> Personnel Director as Management Negotiating Team to meet with recognized <br /> employee organizations as provided for under the Meyers -Milias -Brown Act of 1968 , <br /> seconded by Councilman Keckley and carried , ( MINUTE ORDER # 69 -223 ) <br /> Councilman Weymouth moved to adjourn , seconded by Councilman Arnett and carried . <br /> Meeting adjourned at 12 : 20 A .
