With regard to evening work , Mr . de la Rocha stated this would be <br /> beneficial in the case of students with a full class schedule . <br /> Personnel Director noted that the program had been discussed with a number of City <br /> departments , and the feeling is the program is worthwhile and there is indication of <br /> a sincere willingness to participate . He added that of the five students expected <br /> to be placed , two are planned for the Library and two for the Recreation Department , <br /> and in both of these instances there would be opportunity for after-hours and <br /> weekend work . <br /> Councilman Rosselli suggested a need in the Police Department , particularly where a <br /> foreign language could be utilized , and Mayor Bury noted that both Police and Fire <br /> Departments have indicated a need for this type of help .
