After brief discussion , it appeared Council meeting of December 15 would be appropriate for her presentation . Mayor Bury requested that Staff make this an item for the December 15 agenda . Councilman Henderson moved to place the matter on the agenda of December 15 and appropriate documents be prepared in event Council able to approve a contribution to this program, seconded by Councilman Kec kley . Councilman Arnett indicated interest in receiving from the City Manager some sort of inventory of local organizational needs in this kind of activity , which may or may not be totally justified . He felt Council would then be in a position to anticipate if additional requests will be forthcoming , and to what extent the City can go before proceeding , City Attorney informed Mrs .
