( Memo 12 -9 -69 ) <br /> Mayor Bury advised of request he received from County Sanitarian for Council <br /> representative on the County ' s Board of Review , Department of Public Health and <br /> Welfare , relative to certain violations of the Health Code . Councilman Henderson <br /> had previously represented Council at a meeting , and indicated a willingness to <br /> serve again . Councilman Rosselli moved to appoint Councilman Henderson to <br /> represent Council on the Board of Review of the San Mateo County Department of <br /> Public Health and Welfare , seconded by Councilman Arnett and carried . ( MINUTE <br /> ORDER #69 -243 ) <br /> The matter of Veterans Memorial Commission was briefly discussed and Mayor Bury <br /> suggested setting a joint meeting of Council and that Commission in January , <br /> 1970 . The report normally is presented the first meeting <br /> of each month , but was deferred until this meeting so that the Staff trip to <br /> Washington , D . C . , to represent the District could be reported on . Mayor Bury <br /> indicated that despite complications of a full and demanding schedule , the City <br /> group was given thorough and fair audience with all Federal agencies concerned . <br /> City Manager continued the report , stating this would basically cover the activities <br /> of the delegation to Washington , D . C . , and that Mr . James D . Reiter , of DMJM , <br /> would report from technical standpoint on meetings at Congressional level , and that <br /> City Attorney would conclude with comments relative to legal staff meetings . <br /> ^r if <br />
