Mayor Bury concurred that all City <br /> Staff efforts more than appreciated in both these situations . Councilman <br /> Rosselli also asked that a progress report be made on study beiing made of <br /> traffic problems at Whipple and Alameda de las Pulgas . He also requested a <br /> study be made at Whipple and El Camino intersection, particularly with refer- <br /> ence to signalization, as felt flashing yellow lights when train passing through <br /> caused confusion . Mayor Bury asked that both requests be referred to the City ' <br /> Manager . (Memo 2/11/69 ) <br /> Councilman Petersen advised he had been reappointed to League of California <br /> Cities ' Committee on Transportation and Highways and of the meeting to be held <br /> on February 28th , and requested Council permission to attend .
