Weymouth , Mayor Robert H . Bury , and City Clerk Helen C . Moore . Also noted present were City Manager Howard C . Ullrich , City Attorney David E . Schricker , Assistant City Manager Henry V . Burget , Captain Joel Mansfield , Fire Chief J . L . Lodi , Director of Public Works , J . Louis Scherer , Planning Director Ken Schroeter, Auditor-Accountant Jack Ference , Chief Building Official Charles Gyselbrecht , and Deputy City Clerk Marian McCrindle . Councilman Petersen moved to approve Minutes of Regular Meeting of February 10 , 1969, as mailed , seconded by Councilman Arnett and carried . Loyalty Oath administered by City Clerk and Certificate of Appointment presented by Mayor Bury to Michael Douglas , Member of Board of Building Review . Progress Report - Paul Adamson, Cityts Consulting Engineer, GID 1 , 2 , 3-65 (Drainage , Water and Sewer Improvements ) Mr . Adamson from illustrated maps detailed the most significant improvements which had been made during the past year under these three Improvement Districts and the work contemplated for next year : Edgewood-Wilmington Water System com- pletion being noted most significant to supply water in the hill areas and to the Canada College and the Downtown water lines which had been incorporated with the other utility improvements . He advised the main water improvement work contemplated for this next year included in the Woodside Road widening project and all the feeder lines attached to it , and which would leave only two remain- ing water improvements , the Hopkins Supply line which is not proposed to be done until Redwood Shores needs an increased water supply ; HarborBoulevard water line 4ati�- also not proposed pending need . He noted funds will be available in this District for the 8 " water lines contem- plated for installation when needed . FEB 17 '69
