M . ) , and Deputy City Clerk Marian MdCrindle . <br /> Councilman Keckley moved to approve Minutes of Regular Meeting of March 3 , 1969 , as <br /> mailed , seconded by Councilman Arnett and carried , <br /> Preliminary designs for parkway fencing and Marlin Subdivision #1 and Dolphin Subdivision <br /> #1 neighborhood parks , Redwood Shores . <br /> City Manager stated he had asked that Alan Ribera and John Sue , the City ' s Landscape <br /> Architect Consultants , to present to Council their same preliminary design plans for <br /> parkway fencing and neighborhood parks in Redwood Shores as had been made to the Urban <br /> Design Committee and the Park and Recreation Commission , as it is necessary to get <br /> this work under way as soon as possible . He advised this phase of planning scheduled <br /> monthly report . He stated the fencing concept being considered would apply to all <br /> residential lots which back up on parkways in Redwood Shores to avoid individually <br /> planned fencing for each lot . <br /> He advised that bond counsel had issued a writtenopinion that fencing could be funded <br /> from one of the bond issues of the District , based primarily on health, welfare and <br /> safety factors , and also because such planning would enhance the market value , hence <br /> better security for bond sales . He advised funding would probably come from Street <br /> and Highway bonds and that Leslie Properties will contribute a portion of the costs . <br /> ImpWo <br />
