312 <br /> ACCOUNTS PAYABLE : The 2 expense statements deleted from Warrant Register of April 14 , <br /> 1969 were discussed , and claim for $23 . 50 was approved on motion of Councilman <br /> Rosselli , seconded by Councilman Arnett and carried on roll call vote , Councilman <br /> Petersen voting no . Accounts Payable dated April 28 , 1969 in the amount of $ 447 , 172 . 51 <br /> and second expense claim for $ 127 . 34 were approved , with exception of $ 1 . 60 , which <br /> amount was not submitted within prescribed time limit , on motion of Councilman <br /> Keckley , seconded by Councilman Petersen . Councilman Henderson raised the question <br /> of receipts from hotels . Motion carried , Councilman Henderson voting no . ( MINUTE <br /> ORDER #69-81 ) <br /> COMMUNICATIONS : <br /> Caroline Woodhams , expressing appreciation to Council <br /> for honoring her husband , Clifton , with commemora - <br /> tive resolution . <br /> Mr . and Mrs .
