Employee Tracking: <br /> HiperWeb will provide the ability to track employee related information such as name, position, <br /> email, phone number, address, department, default funding group, pay rate, regular schedule, <br /> skills, certifications, performance reviews, or other criteria defined by the city. The City will <br /> have the ability to set reminders regarding employee expiration dates, such a certification <br /> renewals that will be needed in the coming future. <br /> Time code tracking will occur as employees attach time to a work order. Rules will be available <br /> to automate the transition from one time code to another. For example if an employee is <br /> scheduled for an 8 hour shift, and that employee posts 9 consecutive hours, the work order will <br /> reflect 8 hours of normal pay and 1 hour of overtime pay. This information will be made <br /> available to employees at the end of each pay period for reference when filling out their time <br /> card. <br /> Menu Tree: <br /> HiperWeb w i l l provide a User-Defined menu built on that specific user's process. This <br /> means user will only see the features and processes that pertain to them. This feature will <br /> allow the separation of processes from management to supervisors down to the crews <br /> performing the work. Default screens will be configured by HiperWeb and cloning of screens for <br /> new or existing users will be a provided option. <br /> Dashboards: <br /> HiperWeb will provide a dashboard control panel to be placed in front of the user at login. This <br /> dashboard will house a combination of work order, asset management detailed, and summary <br /> information in tabular or graphical format. Specific information will be configurable by the user <br /> group or individual user's preference. <br /> Fixed and Linear Assets: <br /> HiperWeb wi I1 track all utilities/public assets using multiple components including company, <br /> GL account, property unit, plant account, process, location, unit, asset year, cost center, division, <br /> district, serial number, mfg. name, model number, or other categories defined by the City. <br /> HiperWeb w i l l track significant details about asset transactions including install year, project <br /> number, work order number, and charge type. The system will automatically generate templet <br /> GL journal entries for Finance or perform GL journal entries when transactions result in GL <br /> account changes if desired by the city. HiperWeb will maintain the charge detail data for each <br /> division using parent / child relationships between assets. <br /> HiperWeb will support the latest versions of both; Google Maps and ESRI ArcGIS Map Server. <br /> The system will be designed to work with GIS Data seamlessly enabling the user to turn on/off <br /> layers as needed.
