Key features of the <br />agreement include: <br /> <br />· September 6, 2016 start date; <br />· $225,000 annual salary; <br />· Six (6) months’ severance pay; <br />· Health, retirement, and other benefits equivalent to executive management staff, <br />as described in the Executive Management Summary of Benefits. <br /> <br />ALTERNATIVES <br />1. Direct staff to renegotiate the terms and conditions of the employment agreement <br />with Veronica Ramirez. <br />2.
