Fees <br /> The following fees shall be paid in full prior to issuance of the building permit or parcel map. <br /> 5. Transportation Impact Fee - Pay a Transportation Mitigation Fee based on the <br /> schedule set by City Ordinance(Chapter 18, Article XV)or as determined by Traffic Study <br /> prior to building permit issuance. School Impact Fee — For residential additions greater than 500 square feet and new <br /> commercial or industrial construction, pay a School Impact Fee to the Sequoia Union <br /> High School District. Water/Sewer Fees— Pay applicable water, recycled water, and wastewater-related fees <br /> as outlined on the City's website prior to building permit issuance. <br /> [SDR][ENGINEERING] <br /> 8. Notice Of Fees Protest—The applicant may protest any fees, dedications, reservations, <br /> or other exactions imposed by the City as part of the approval or as a condition of <br /> approval of this development. Per California Government Code Section 66020, this 90- <br /> day protest period has begun as of the date of the approval of these Architectural Permit <br /> and Tentative Parcel Map applications. ADA Ramps - All ADA ramps shall include Dark Gray cast-in-place detectable/tactile <br /> warning surfaces (see City's detail). EXCEPTIONS for the use of Yellow include the <br /> following: Immediate adjacency to high-speed/volume thoroughfares, i.e., El Camino <br /> Real, Veterans Boulevard, Woodside Road, Whipple Avenue (US 101-ECR), all schools, <br /> hospitals/medical facilities, active RR lines, i.e., Cal Train, Pacific Union, and ANY other <br /> areas and/or roadways where they are deemed appropriate/necessary by the City. The <br /> applicant shall show the ADA ramp required to be constructed on the opposite side of <br /> the mid-block crosswalk on the building permit plans, prior to issuance of building <br /> permits. Unforeseen Circumstances and Utilities - The City understands that unforeseen <br /> circumstances and utilities occur that may preclude a shifting of elements and/or different <br /> locations as described above. If this occurs, notify the City's Landscape Architect as <br /> soon as possible.
