7. Transportation Impact Fee - Pay a Transportation Mitigation Fee based on the <br /> schedule set by City Ordinance(Chapter 18, Article XV)or as determined by Traffic Study <br /> prior to building permit issuance. [SDR] [ENGINEERING] <br /> 8. Intersection Improvement Contribution — As required by the Traffic Impact Study <br /> Report, prepared by TJKM, dated July 19, 2016, the project shall contribute its fair share <br /> towards the construction of a traffic signal at the intersection of Main Street and the <br /> westbound Woodside Road ramps. [COA][ENGINEERING] <br /> 9. Parks Impact Fee — Pay a Parks Impact Fee for the net new dwelling units resulting <br /> from the proposed project, estimated at $25,466.76, prior to issuance of grading, <br /> engineering, or building permits. [SDR][PARKS] <br /> 10. Affordable Housing Impact Fee— Pay an Affordable Housing Impact Fee estimated at <br /> $402,380.00 for the net new commercial square footage from the proposed project. <br /> [SDR][HOUSING] <br /> 11. School Impact Fee — For residential additions greater than 500 square feet and new <br /> commercial or industrial construction, pay a School Impact Fee to the Sequoia Union <br /> High School District. Information regarding this fee may be obtained by contacting the <br /> Sequoia Union High School District at (650) 369-1411. [SDR][SCHOOL DISTRICT] <br /> 12. Water/Sewer Fees— Pay applicable water, recycled water, and wastewater-related fees <br /> as outlined on the City's website prior to building permit issuance. <br /> ISDR1[ENGINEERING] <br /> 13. Notice Of Fees Protest—The applicant may protest any fees, dedications, reservations, <br /> or other exactions imposed by the City as part of the approval or as a condition of <br /> approval of this development. Per California Government Code Section 66020, this 90- <br /> day protest period has begun as of the date of the approval of these Architectural Permit <br /> and Vesting Tentative Parcel Map applications. [SDR][OFFICE OF THE CITY <br /> ATTORNEY] <br /> Landscaping and Site Improvement <br /> 14. Sidewalk - The score pattern for newly poured Redwood City sidewalks is a 30"x30" <br /> square beginning from the back of curb. The score pattern is the basis for the location of <br /> all other streetscape elements including pedestrian scale and street lighting. Concrete <br /> color shall be Portland Cement Concrete containing 1/4 pound of lampblack/cubic yard. <br /> Liquiblack may be substituted for lampblack (One pint of Liquiblack = One pound of <br /> lampblack. Sidewalks shall be a minimum 11'wide(see City's detail). [COA][PLANNING] <br /> 15. ADA Ramps - All ADA ramps shall include Dark Gray cast-in-place detectable/tactile <br /> warning surfaces (see City's detail). EXCEPTIONS for the use of Yellow include the <br /> following: Immediate adjacency to high-speed/volume thoroughfares, i.e., El Camino <br /> Real, Veterans Boulevard, Woodside Road, Whipple Avenue (US 101-ECR), all schools, <br /> hospitals/medical facilities, active RR lines, i.e., Cal Train, Pacific Union, and ANY other <br /> areas and/or roadways where they are deemed appropriate/necessary by the City.
