7. Transportation Impact Fee - Pay a Transportation Mitigation Fee based on the schedule set by City Ordinance(Chapter 18, Article XV)or as determined by Traffic Study prior to building permit issuance. Intersection Improvement Contribution — As required by the Traffic Impact Study Report, prepared by TJKM, dated July 19, 2016, the project shall contribute its fair share towards the construction of a traffic signal at the intersection of Main Street and the westbound Woodside Road ramps. Concrete color shall be Portland Cement Concrete containing 1/4 pound of lampblack/cubic yard. Liquiblack may be substituted for lampblack (One pint of Liquiblack = One pound of lampblack.
