The Clerk was instructed to write a letter indicating the appreciation <br /> of the Council . <br /> There was read an application from the American Brotherhood for the Blind asking per- <br /> mission to hold a flower sale in Redwood City in sup-Dort of the free services <br /> to the blind in California .
