The Council indicated its accord with the <br /> proposed action , but explained that jurisdiction of the Yacht Harbor area now <br /> rested with the Port Commission, and it was recommended that the matter be laid <br /> before the Port Commission at its next meeting , Tuesday, September 20 , with the <br /> understanding that the Council favored doing something to bring about the result <br /> desired by all concerned . <br /> Joe J.
