442 Beckman was given permission to build a house at least 40 feet wide with a 4. foot clearance at the property line . A representative of the Seaside Oil Company asked permission to move a steel and glass structure to the corner of Jefferson Avenue and El Camino Real in connection with the Anderson Service Station .
