<br /> and after investigation were disposed of , at an adjourned meeting at 3 p .m. , same day , as shown ,
<br /> such disposition being unanimously approved by the Board upon proper motion by Councilman
<br /> L. C . Christensen , seconded by Councilman G. W . McNulty.
