r 1 determine that the public interest and necessity demand the acquisition , construction and completion of the municipal improvement hereinafter referred to and designated as "Proposi- tion No . 2 , 8 and did further determine that the cost of said proposed municipal improvement is and will be too great to be paid out of the ordinary annual income and revenue of said municipality , which resolution was also duly entered on the minutes of said meeting of said Council and is now on file and of record in the City Clerk ' s office of said City ; now, therefore THE COUNCIL OF REDWOOD CITY DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS : Section 1 : That a special municipal election be , and is hereby , called and ordered to be held in the City of Redwood City on Tuesday , the 2nd day of November , 1937 , at which election shall be submitted to the qualified electors of said City the following propositions of incurring bonded in- debtedness of said City for the objects and purposes and in the aggregate principal amounts in said propositions respective- ly set forth , to wit : PROPOSITION NO . 1 : Shall the City of Redwood City incur a bonded indebtedness in the aggregate principal amount of $575 , 000 in accordance with the provi- sions of the Ordinance calling the election at which this proposition is submitted , for the purpose of acquiring under eminent domain proceedings or otherwise the follow- ing municipal improvement , to wit : The electric distri- bution system of the Pacific Gas and Electric Company within and adjacent to the City of Redwood City , includ- ing primary and secondary circuits , distribution and service lines , poles , conduits , distribution transformers , meters , meter and transformer records , (:asement3 , rights of way , fixtures , equipment , apparatus and other works , property or structures necessary or convenient for the distribution of electric energy to said City and its in- habitants for light , heat and power ( excluding certdjn properties of the Pacific Gas and Electric Company consist- ing generally of lands , certain buildings , old sub-station , - 3-
