Councilwoman Buchan invited everyone to attend the "Just Say NO to Drugs" <br />campaign Mixed Doubles Tennis Tournament sponsored by the Redwood City <br />Police Department on August 18th and 19th at the Peninsula Covenant Church <br />at 3560 Farm Hill Blvd. This is the one event each year to raise funds to <br />fight drug abuse in Redwood City. <br />9b. Mayor La Berge recognized Councilwoman Buchan as the Redwood City <br />representative to the Anti -Drug conference in Oakland, California October <br />17th and 18th. <br />9c. Mayor La Berge urged fellow Council Members to attend the important <br />conferences scheduled in the near future which would benefit the City. <br />9d.
