The Table of Contents of the Final SEIR is attached hereto for reference to the page number for each subject matter and for cross reference with the Summary of Impacts and Mitigation Measures for the Proposed Wharves 1 and 2 Redevelopment Project — Phase 2 (Final SEIR, Summary) which is attached hereto and incorporated by this reference as if fully set forth herein, Final SEIR, Summary of Impacts. 5. The mitigation measures set forth in the Final SEIR and monitoring measures and programs have been considered in connection with the Project and are hereby incorporated herein as the means by which the respective mitigation measures therein (and in the Final SEIR) described shall be implemented and monitored. Without limitation upon the foregoing, the mitigation measures described in said subdivisions and in the Final SEIR shall be implemented and monitored under conditions to permits and other entitlements pertaining to the Project.
