Total numbers of <br /> assumed project meetings are detailed in the project budget but include meetings related to: <br /> • Project team meetings with City Staff <br /> • Meetings with project stakeholders or other agency staff <br /> • Policy Advisory Committee meetings <br /> • Planning Commission/City Council meetings/hearings <br /> As part of our project management, Fehr & Peers will prepare monthly progress reports <br /> summarizing tasks completed during the previous month. <br /> This task includes: <br /> • Project Management and Coordination with City Staff <br /> • Project Initiation and Scoping <br /> • Monthly Progress Reporting, Timeline &Schedule Management, and Invoicing <br /> • QA/QC of Project Deliverables <br /> • Electronic Submittal of All Deliverables (unless otherwise noted) <br /> TASK B: OUTREACH <br /> The Citywide Transportation Plan presents an exciting opportunity to engage residents, workers <br /> and business owners—people who walk, bike,take transit and drive in the City—and to understand <br /> how their experience could not only be improved but how quality of life could be transformed with <br /> a great transportation system. <br /> Our experience is that a multifaceted outreach approach is most effective at engaging the broadest <br /> cross-section of the community. We have developed several innovative outreach strategies that <br /> we believe will be particularly effective as part of this effort, which are combined with some more <br /> traditional outreach activities.
