B.B. - Page 9 isportation Plan: Scope of Work <br /> October 2016 <br /> Page 4 of 21 <br /> Task B.3:Web Presence and Social Media <br /> In coordination with the City's website and social media channels, Fehr & Peers will develop a <br /> project website, interactive web map, and social media material to provide engagement <br /> opportunities beyond in-person meetings and events. <br /> The website will be developed in WordPress and include seven to nine pages. It will feature a social <br /> media widget to display feeds from relevant hashtags and social media handles, and a calendar to <br /> advertise key project events. It will also include a link to the interactive web map(see below). Much <br /> of the website will be dedicated to educational materials related to the existing context of Redwood <br /> City, and the costs and benefits associated with various recommendations and investment <br /> scenarios.A Spanish language version of the project website will also be developed.As an optional <br /> task,this educational material can be "gamified"to allow enhanced interaction. <br /> After the initial website launch, we will update the website monthly with fresh content throughout <br /> the course of the Plan development. We will respond to one set of consolidated comments on the <br /> draft website design and any new website content. <br /> We will create an interactive webmap to allow community members to note a location and place a <br /> comment about mobility experiences at a given location. We expect to use the webmap in two to <br /> three rounds: <br /> • During existing conditions, to get input on issues and opportunities present in the City <br /> • Once we have draft recommendations, to get input on which recommendations resonate <br /> and also on priorities <br /> • With the final plan, to present a series of"story maps" to display key content <br /> We will respond to one set of consolidated comments on each webmap round. <br /> Fehr& Peers will use Redwood City's social media platform to advertise the public outreach events <br /> and publicize the web-mapping tool. We will provide branded material monthly for postings by <br /> the City to keep a strong social media presence. Unless otherwise noted, we have assumed all <br /> outreach, social media, and webmap material will be in English. <br /> Deliverables: Draft and final website and monthly web updates. Draft and final webmap <br /> (three rounds). Monthly social media material for City postings. <br />
