That the signage as proposed does not complement the architectural style
or character of the building.

3. That the signage as proposed appears as a separate structure rather than
an architectural feature of the building, or an integral part of the site
and building design.

4. That the proposed sign approximates a traffic control device appearance
which therefore might create a traffic hazard."

Carried by the following voice vote.

AYES:
NOES:

Council Members Buchan, Bury, Murray and Mayor La Berge
Council Members Greenalch and Stangel

MINUTE ORDER NO. 91-024

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

6.

MATTERS OF COUNCIL INTEREST

a.

Councilman Murray advised he attended the second meeting of the City/
County Association of Governments on February 19th and that the group was
was moving rapidly towards its first objective, a congestion management
plan, and that he was named to its Finance Committee.
