<br />Community Development Director Pawloski reported that there were two written <br />protests and one oral protest: <br /> <br />Ragtime, USA $180 (written) <br />C. David Lobree $180 (written) <br />Antique Alliance $171 (oral) <br />$531 <br />The $531 represents only 1% of the total assessments. <br /> <br />Councilman Stangel expressed strong support for the establishment of the <br />expanded business district and hiring a coordinator, but suggested Council <br />Members not be part of either the interim committee nor Advisory Board. <br /> <br />CONSENSUS: It was determined by Mayor La Berge that it was the consensus of <br />the Council to have the formation committee and staff research the Alameda <br />model and membership make-up of Advisory Board. <br /> <br />1) Title read.
