This is a citywide <br />program that operates a shelter for homeless individuals and couples and includes a family <br />wing that houses six families with children. <br /> <br />$6,000 CDBG Clara-Mateo Alliance Shelter Eisa Segovia Center <br />Clara-Mateo Alliance, Inc., 795 Willow Road, Bldg. 323-D, Menlo Park. This is a citywide <br />program that operates a day center for homeless women with substance abuse problems. <br /> <br />$5,000 CDBG Ellipse AIDS Case Management Program <br />Ellipse Peninsula AIDS Services, 173 South Boulevard, San Mateo. This is a citywide <br />program that provides case management and in-home support services to families of <br />residents who are disabled with HIV-related illnesses. <br /> <br />$40,000 CDBG Fair Housing Counseling <br />MidPeninsula Citizens for Fair Housing, 457 Kinglsey Avenue, Palo Alto. Funds will be <br />used to provide assistance citywide to Redwood City residents who believe they have <br />experienced discrimination in the housing market. <br /> <br />$10,000 CDBG Family Service Agency Senior Case <br />Management/Outreach <br />Family Service Agency of San Mateo County, 2600 Middlefield Road.
