PRIORITY # 2: Facilitate suitable living environment by improving the safety and <br />livability of neighborhoods by focusing resources for public facilities and <br />services to reduce poverty. <br /> <br />$7,500 CDBG Catholic Charities Adult Day Care <br />Catholic Charities of the Archdiocese of San Francisco, 787 Walnut Street, San Carlos. <br />This is a citywide program that provides adult day care support services for frail, elderly <br />and disabled adults. <br /> <br />$14,000 CDBG Clara-Mateo Alliance Shelter Adult & Family Wing <br />Clara-Mateo Alliance, Inc., 795 Willow Road, Bldg. 323-D, Menlo Park. This is a citywide <br />program that operates a shelter for homeless individuals and couples and includes a family <br />wing that houses six families with children. <br /> <br />$6,000 CDBG Clara-Mateo Alliance Shelter Eisa Segovia Center <br />Clara-Mateo Alliance, Inc., 795 Willow Road, Bldg. 323-D, Menlo Park. This is a citywide <br />program that operates a day center for homeless women with substance abuse problems. <br /> <br />$5,000 CDBG Ellipse AIDS Case Management Program <br />Ellipse Peninsula AIDS Services, 173 South Boulevard, San Mateo. This is a citywide <br />program that provides case management and in-home support services to families of <br />residents who are disabled with HIV-related illnesses. <br /> <br />$40,000 CDBG Fair Housing Counseling <br />MidPeninsula Citizens for Fair Housing, 457 Kinglsey Avenue, Palo Alto. Funds will be <br />used to provide assistance citywide to Redwood City residents who believe they have <br />experienced discrimination in the housing market. <br /> <br />$10,000 CDBG Family Service Agency Senior Case <br />Management/Outreach <br />Family Service Agency of San Mateo County, 2600 Middlefield Road. This program offers <br />case management and outreach services for Iow income seniors citywide. <br /> <br />$5,050 CDBG Heron Court Neighborhood Network Center <br />Heron Court Cooperative, Inc., 350 Gunter Lane, Redwood City. This is a technology and <br />cultural learning program for Iow-income children located in Census Tract 6103. <br /> <br />$15,000 CDBG Human Investment Project Homesharing Help <br />Information <br />Human Investment Program, 364 South Railroad Avenue, San Mateo.
