These funds <br />will be used for academic, gang and violence intervention programs targeted to youth from <br />Census Tract # 6102. <br /> <br />$t2,000 CDBG Peninsula Volunteers Adult Day Care Support <br />Peninsula Volunteers, Inc., 800 Middle Avenue, Menlo Park, CA. This is a citywide <br />program that provides adult day care support services for frail, elderly disabled adults. <br /> <br />$5,000 CDBG Samaritan House Safe Harbor Shelter <br />Samaritan House, 295 North Access Road, South San Francisco. These funds will be <br />used to provide emergency shelter and transitional housing. <br /> <br />$15,000 CDBG Shelter Network Maple Street Shelter & Transitional <br /> Housing <br />Shelter Network, 1580-A Maple Street, Redwood City. Funds will be used to provide <br />emergency shelter, transitional housing and comprehensive support services citywide for <br />homeless single adults. <br /> <br />$80,000 Gen. Fund Redwood Family House Transitional Housing Program <br />Shelter Network, 110 Locust Street, Redwood City. Funds will be used to provide <br />transitional housing and comprehensive support services citywide for homeless families. <br /> <br />$5,000 CDBG Tri-Cities Children's Center Affordable Childcare <br /> Program <br />Tri-Cities Children's Center, 1968A Old County Road, Redwood City. Funds will be used <br />to subsidize childcare costs for teen parents and Iow-income families. <br /> <br />$15,000 CDBG Daybreak Shelter for Homeless Youth <br />Youth and Family Assistance (YFA), 639 Douglas Avenue, Redwood City. Funds will be <br />used for transitional shelter and independent living skills training program for homeless <br />youth, ages 16-21. <br /> <br />$25,000 CDBG Community Gatepath: Facility Renovation <br />Formerly Poplar ReCare, 875 Stanton Road, Burlingame. These funds will make <br />improvements to a public facility serving severely developmentally disabled children and <br />adults in Burlingame. <br /> <br /> <br />
