The consultant plans to complete the study within 4-6 weeks from the date of authorization. <br />The environmental review will be considered by the Planning Commission at a public hearing <br />prior to final action on the project. <br /> <br />Staff believes the traffic study is a necessary component of the environmental review for the <br />proposed project and will help assure that the project incorporates appropriate traffic and <br />circulation mitigation measures and/or is modified to minimize impacts to acceptable levels. <br /> <br />Alternatives <br />1. Not approve the agreement, and therefore not proceed with the traffic study at this time, <br /> thus holding back the processing of the subject application. <br /> <br />Fiscal Impact <br />There will be no fiscal impact to the City.
