Decisions regarding a Planned Development Permit shall be based upon the purpose statement in this section. The design and construction quality contained in all aspects of the development plan is expected to exceed the quality standards typically required for new developments located in similar zoning districts. Modifications may be granted if it is determined that the proposed development will provide an environment of physical and functional desirability, in harmony with the character of the surrounding neighborhood or district. [46.7A] 46.6 Review, Decisions, Appeals and Permit Duration Procedures for application review, decisions, appeals, permit duration and expiration and other requirements are located in Chapter 41 (Common Procedures). 46.7 Amendments to Planned Development Permits Amendments to previously approved Planned Development Permits may be approved in accordance with Section 41.10 (Modification of Approved Plans and Permits). Minor changes shall be processed as an Architectural Permit.
