Task C.1 : Policies and Programs <br /> Many past and ongoing studies have dealt with transportation conditions within the City <br /> and developed recommendations for improving mobility and accessibility. The <br /> Consultant team will review these studies, which will form the basis upon which to begin <br /> the more focused planning effort that will comprise the Citywide Transportation Plan. <br /> Prior and on-going reports and studies to be reviewed will include the following: <br /> Prior Reports and Studies: <br /> - WETA Strategic Plan (2016) <br /> - Redwood City Bikeshare Suitability Analysis (2015) <br /> - Climate Action Plan (2013) <br /> - Stanford in Redwood City Precise Plan (2013) <br /> - Redwood City Transportation Impact Mitigation Fee Report (2012 Update) <br /> - Downtown Precise Plan (2011 ) <br /> - San Mateo County Comprehensive Bicycle and Pedestrian Plan (2011 ) <br /> - Redwood City General Plan (2010) <br /> - North Main Street Precise Plan (2008) <br /> - Peninsula Park Precise Plan (2008) <br /> - Sequoia Hospital Precise Plan (2007) <br /> - Marina Shores Village Precise Plan (2004) <br /> - Kaiser Medical Center Precise Plan (2003) <br /> Ongoing Projects: <br /> - El Camino Real Corridor Plan <br /> - Downtown Transit Center and Broadway Streetcar/Urban Circulator Study <br /> - Inner Harbor Specific Plan <br /> - Bicycle Metrics Study <br /> - California High-Speed Rail Environmental Analysis <br /> - Caltrain Modernization Program <br /> - Caltrain Bike Parking Management Plan <br /> - Dumbarton Transportation Corridor Study <br /> - Grand Boulevard Initiative <br /> - C/CAG Transportation Demand Management grant <br /> As part of this task, the Consultant team will conduct a review of the City's existing <br /> transportation policies and practices, as well as previously identified transportation <br /> improvements. These will include policies articulated in the above documents and <br /> related transportation guidelines / standards used in the City. This review will be <br /> summarized in a technical working paper prepared by the project team .
