In the event that needed information is in question or missing, the Consultant will provide the City with a plan to acquire the information, prior to proceeding. The City may elect to provide missing information to Consultant. Task 4.3 - Preliminary Retrofit Design Task 4.3.1 - Preliminary Design Drawing A Preliminary Site Plan will be prepared for each customer site. This drawing will show the irrigation areas, locations of public facilities and play areas, and the location of the water distribution system as developed during the detailed site reconnaissance (Task 4.1). The Preliminary Site Plan will be scaled approximately to fit on 11 " x 17" sheets. A preliminary design of required retrofit equipment and procedures will be prepared for each site. Design criteria and/or constraints will be identified for each site and will include, but not be limited to: Department of Health Services requirements/standards Cities' water purveyor standards Location of existing meters and backflow prevention devices Recycled water demands and irrigation schedules / service pressure Number of desired controls (for irrigation customers) Site-specific physical constraints, such as: .
