In the <br />event that needed information is in question or missing, the Consultant will provide the <br />City with a plan to acquire the information, prior to proceeding. The City may elect to <br />provide missing information to Consultant. <br />Task 4.3 - Preliminary Retrofit Design <br />Task 4.3.1 - Preliminary Design Drawing <br />A Preliminary Site Plan will be prepared for each customer site. This drawing will show <br />the irrigation areas, locations of public facilities and play areas, and the location of the <br />water distribution system as developed during the detailed site reconnaissance (Task <br />4.1). The Preliminary Site Plan will be scaled approximately to fit on 11 " x 17" sheets. <br />A preliminary design of required retrofit equipment and procedures will be prepared for <br />each site. Design criteria and/or constraints will be identified for each site and will <br />include, but not be limited to: <br />Department of Health Services requirements/standards <br />Cities' water purveyor standards <br />Location of existing meters and backflow prevention devices <br />Recycled water demands and irrigation schedules / service pressure <br />Number of desired controls (for irrigation customers) <br />Site-specific physical constraints, such as: <br />.
