5.4 Change Orders <br /> SBSA will not issue any change orders under the Construction Contract(s) <br /> without the prior written approval of City, irrespective of whether and by how <br /> much the change order affects the Construction Contract Price. <br /> 5.5 Progress Payments <br /> SBSA will make progress payments to the Construction Contractor as provided in <br /> SBSA's Standard Specifications Section 00700, 8.0, Payment, the provisions for <br /> which are described in Attachment Seven. City shall reimburse SBSA for such <br /> payments upon presentation of invoices therefore, as provided in Section 7.3.2. <br /> 5.6 Acceptance <br /> SBSA will not accept the facilities from the Construction Contractor until they <br /> have been completed as required by the Construction Contract Documents and the <br /> Construction Contractor has delivered two sets (one for SBSA and one for City) <br /> of all submittals and shop drawings, "as built"record drawings, operations <br /> manuals,warranties/guarantees, and has provided all training required by the <br /> Construction Contract Documents to be provided by the Construction Contractor <br /> and/or its equipment suppliers, all in accordance with SBSA's Standard <br /> Specifications (September 2003 rev. 1) To the extent possible, such documents <br /> will be provided in electronic form. <br /> 5.7 Ownership of Facilities <br /> Upon acceptance by SBSA, ownership of the Recycled Water Facilities will <br /> transfer to SBSA. Immediately thereafter, SBSA shall transfer title to the <br /> facilities described as Items 3 through 9 and 11 in Attachment One to City,with <br /> no charge(in addition to those specified in Article 7) and employing documents <br /> -10- 1091374.7 <br />
