• Scheduled Interruptions <br /> SBSA will schedule maintenance-related interruptions to take place during the <br /> low-demand months (November through March)whenever possible. SBSA will <br /> notify City at least 10 days in advance of any planned interruption, providing <br /> information about the reason for the interruption and the dates the interruption is <br /> scheduled to begin and end. SBSA will accommodate to the maximum extent <br /> feasible requests by City to postpone or reschedule the interruption. SBSA will <br /> make all reasonable efforts to limit both the frequency and duration of planned <br /> interruptions in supply. SBSA will provide City periodic reports during the <br /> planned interruption on the progress of the repairs or upgrades to facilities that <br /> necessitated the interruption. <br /> • Emergency Interruptions <br /> SBSA will make all reasonable efforts to avoid emergency,unscheduled <br /> interruptions in supply and to restore promptly its ability to deliver Recycled <br /> Water if and when such interruptions occur. In the event an emergency requires <br /> an immediate interruption in the supply of Recycled Water, SBSA will promptly <br /> (within two (2) hours) notify City of the interruption. Within five (5) days <br /> following the emergency interruption, SBSA shall notify City of the apparent <br /> cause of the interruption, what steps are being taken to fix the problem and restore <br /> deliveries, and the expected duration of the interruption. Within thirty(30) days <br /> of the emergency interruption, SBSA will provide City with a report on the cause <br /> of the interruption and measures being taken by SBSA to prevent recurrences of <br /> interruptions from such cause. <br /> -15- 1091374.7 <br /> 1 <br />
