6.1.A. - Page 19 <br />Task 1.4 — Invoicing/Proiect Status Reports <br />At the end of each month, Wood Rodgers will prepare a budget/status report <br />outlining the work items performed during the reporting period; budget, schedule, <br />and work progress with respect to the project baselines and a discussion of <br />upcoming activities scheduled to occur in the subsequent work period. Regular <br />coordination with the City, Wood Rodgers' subconsultants and other <br />stakeholders as appropriate, is included as a part of this task. <br />Task 2 — SURVEYING AND UTILITIES RESEARCH <br />The Wood Rodgers Team will provide surveying and utilities research for the <br />Project. The tasks include (but are not limited to) the following: <br />Task 2.1 — Collect/Review Documents <br />The Wood Rodgers Team will review the Redwood Creek Deficiency Review, <br />2012 in detail (2012 Deficiency Report) and will prepare an initial screening <br />review of all available documents to prepare the consultant requirements and <br />work assignments. <br />The City will provide all relevant as-builts and improvement plans available to <br />them to the consultant. The Wood Rodgers Team will review as-builts and <br />improvement plans for the channel system provided by the City, as well as any <br />pertinent as-builts from other sources within the study area. Wood Rodgers will <br />collect necessary utility data from the City, San Mateo County (County), <br />California Department of Transportation (Caltrans), Pacific Gas & Electric <br />(PG&E), AT&T and other telecommunications companies, petroleum pipe <br />companies, and permitting agencies. The City will assist the Consultant in <br />obtaining as-builts/record drawings if utility companies are being non-responsive <br />or difficult. Wood Rodgers may send written requests to the City to copy onto City <br />letterhead prior to sending the requests to utility providers. <br />Task 2.2 — Site visits <br />The Wood Rodgers structural team and CE&G will conduct site visits of the two <br />reaches selected for the Project to assess and analyze the existing condition in <br />order to develop recommendations and alternate methods of repair. The City <br />may accompany the Team on the site visits. During the site visit the Wood <br />Rodgers Team will photograph and document channel deficiencies identified in <br />the Request For Proposal and include any additional observations of note. <br />Photographs will be geo-referenced using handheld GPS and integrated into the <br />project geodatabase. Notes will be taken regarding access limitations, limits of <br />distress, severity of distress, and potential repair concepts identified. <br />Task 2.3 — Refined Improvements Matrix/Mar), Cost <br />Based on the site visit the Team will develop a Refined Improvement Matrix and <br />Map of the two project reaches that considers the recommended type of <br />improvement (i.e. repair, rehabilitate, or replacement) from the previous report, <br />refines the improvement recommendations, and defines the approximate extent <br />REV: 12-01.16 RL <br />Page 15 of 23 <br />ATTY/AGR.2016.325/Wood Rodgers, Inc. <br />
