6.3.E. - Page 37 <br />16.5.5 The following FLSA Non -Exempt classifications shall continue to receive time and one-half their <br />regular rate of pay for all hours worked in excess of eight (8) hours in one day or forty (40) hours <br />in one week. With the approval of the Department Head these classifications can accumulate up <br />to a maximum of eighty (80) hours of compensatory time off, which may be used at times chosen <br />by the employee and approved by the Department Head. <br />Administrative Secretary <br />Emeraencv Preparedness and Outreach Coordinator <br />Human Resources Technician <br />Information Technology Analyst I <br />Information Technology Analyst II <br />Juvenile Specialist <br />Senior Information Technology Analyst <br />Supervising Information Technology Analyst <br />Webmaster <br />Accrued comoensatory time not used by the last pay period paid in the vear (based on the <br />preceding 26 pay periods) shall be paid out at the straight time rate. Pavment will be made no <br />later than the first pay period in February of the following vear. <br />16,6 Call Back Overtime <br />The following FLSA Exempt classifications shall be credited with forty (40) hours of call back overtime <br />effective January 1, of each calendar year during the term of this agreement: <br />Fleet Supervisor <br />Public Works Superintendent <br />Public Works Field Supervisor <br />Parks, Recreation & Community Services Manager <br />Utilities Field Supervisor <br />Senior Civil Engineer <br />Supervising Civil Engineer <br />Emergence Pr8parorin9Si Q61tFeaGh (;0GFdiRat9r <br />An employee hired after January 1 shall have their forty (40) hours of call back overtime credit prorated <br />based on their hire date. <br />The forty (40) hours call back overtime shall be treated as administrative leave as set forth in Article 16.5A <br />for purposes of utilization and pay off. It is understood that in no case will employees who receive call back <br />pay under this article receive more than a combined total of one hundred and twenty (120) hours for <br />overtime and call back overtime in any calendar year as specified in Article 16.5.4. NAVL will be related in <br />the same manner as administrative leave in section 16.5A. <br />16.7 Externally Reimbursed Overtime <br />When external funds (Federal, State, Developer Fees, etc.) are made available to the City to specifically <br />fund management overtime activities on a special project basis, such externally reimbursed overtime shall <br />not be counted toward the yearly one hundred twenty (120) hour overtime limit specified in Articles 16.5,4, <br />14 <br />
