<br />City Manager Everett addressed Council regarding Council correspondence <br />advising the Mayor would continue to answer correspondence, with technical <br />assistance from staff when necessary. In response to Council suggestions, <br />City Manager Everett agreed that all correspondence would be acknowledged in <br />a timely manner, including those that were being forwarded to an appropriate L~ <br />department. City Manager Everett also advised that he had established a i <br />citywide policy that all telephone calls are to be returned within 24 hours. <br />------------------------------------------------------------------------------- <br /> B.
