City Manager reviewed purpose of proposed ordinance relating to Coun-
ty's agreement to contribute towards Five Points Improvements provided City would
advance funds, payment amounting to $25,000 per year on this sum so advanced.
He stated it was now determined that this contribution rather than going directly
to reimbursement of overpass funding should be allocated to a current project and
ordinance proposed will accomplish this fact. Ordinance also concerned agreement
made by previous Administrator concerning City's contribution to costs of realign-
ment of roadway at San Carlos Airport. City Attorney agreed this was an accepta-
ble way to handle this matter.
