Staff reported this easement is no longer needed <br />except for a pole and anchor easement along the Southerly line of Lot 13, to be <br />retained as requested by PGE. <br />There being no written communications, or oral protest, Councilman Bury moved to <br />close the Public Hearing, seconded by Councilman Rosselli and carried. <br />Councilman Rosselli moved to adopt RESOLUTION NO. 5144 VACATING AND ABANDONING <br />PARTS OF A CERTAIN PUBLIC UTILITY EASEMENT IN THE VICINITY OF FARM HILL NO. 2. <br />SUBDIVISION, seconded by Councilman Henderson and carried unanimously on roll call <br />vote. <br />PUBLIC HEARING, Resolution of Intention of Planning Commission to adjust certain zoning <br />district boundary lines to coincide with the recently approved Farm Hill Estates <br />#2 Subdivision and relocation of Farm Hill Boulevard Extension, declared open and <br />affidavits of publication and mailing ordered filed. Planning Commission report read <br />recommending rezoning Lot 1 and portions of Lots 2 and 3, of Block 3, and portions <br />of Lots 7, 10, and 14, of Block 2, Farm Hill Estates #2, from R-1 to R-1-10, and <br />to rezone portion of Lot 12, Block 1, Farm HillEstates #2 from R-1 to RH-20. <br />There being no communication or oral protest, Councilman Petersen moved to close <br />the public hearing, seconded by Councilman Henderson and carried. <br />Councilman Rosselli moved to affirm the action of the Planning Commission and <br />introduce Ordinance adding Section 60.1.0 to Ordinance No. 1130, the Redwood City <br />Zoning Ordinance, rezoning property in the vicinity of Eden Bower Lane and Farm <br />Hill Boulevard seconded by Councilman Granger and carried. <br />Councilman Granger moved to adopt RESOLUTION NO. 5145 AMENDING RESOLUTION NOS. 4791 <br />AND 5081 RELATING TO FARM HILL ESTATES NO. 2 SUBDIVISION AND AUTHORIZING AMEND- <br />MENT OF THE SUBDIVISION AGREEMENT THEREOF. Council authorized elimination of <br />sidewalks in two cul-de-sacs (Pepper Tree Court and Twin Oak Court) in Farm Hill <br />Estates 7#2, at their meeting of September 12th. Motion seconded by Councilman <br />Keckley. <br />On question, Councilman Henderson again expressed her opposition to elimination <br />of sidewalks on cul-de-sacs. Councilman Petersen clarified the action of the <br />Planning Commission and City Council. Motion carried on roll call vote, Councilman <br />Henderson voting no. <br />Councilman Granger moved to adopt RESOLUTION NO. 5146 AUTHORIZING ACCEPTANCE OF REVOCA- <br />BLE PERMIT FROM SAN FRJU CISCO WATER DEPARTMENT, IN CONNECTION WITH SEWER FACILITIES <br />LOCATED IN POPLAR AVENUE. Staff reported GID 3-65, Project SS -2, required the <br />installation of an 18" sewer line across the San Frm cisco Water Department <br />right-of-way in Poplar Avenue and they had authorized issuance of a Revocable Permit <br />which Staff recommends that Council accept. <br />Motion seconded by Councilman Bury and carried unanimously on roll call vote. <br />
