308 <br />Councilman Petersen questioned drainage problem in area and asked if there were plans <br />to do anything with street since it does not drain. Problem of drainage on plinton <br />Street was discussed. Storm drain will be situated on Clinton in the near future. <br />Councilman Henderson questioned total cost of this assessment. City Manager stated <br />$52,052,04, Councilman Henderson recommended Council continue public hearing for <br />one week, for investigation of the complaints made at the hearing, Councilman <br />Granger asked if Resolution is accepted, is contractor entitled to his money; also, <br />who will put fences up that were torn down. Did City do surveying on assessments. <br />Councilman Rosselli asked if assessments have been properly and equally spread, <br />Director of Public Works answered yes, and job has been completed in accordance <br />with plans and specifications, and the costs equitably spread. <br />Motion by Councilman Petersen that (1) letter be sent to Mike Determan, (2) <br />problem of fences be cleared up, and (3) to continue public hearing until October <br />10th, seconded by Councilman Keckley. <br />Councilman Petersen stated he would withdraw his motion while the following appeared: <br />Mrs. Ramos, 431 Madison appeared to state that she has 2 <br />garage entrances, While the cement was still wet in front <br />of entrances, a motorcycle drove over it and made indenta- <br />tions which are there since cement has dried. She stated <br />contractor should have put up better protection until <br />cement dried and would like something done. <br />Director of Public Works stated he would look into this. <br />Councilman Petersen restated his motion to reply to Mr. Determan; investigate <br />fence complaint and to continue Public Hearing until 8:00 p.m. on October 10, 1966, <br />seconded by Councilman Keckley and carried, (MINUTE ORDER #66-210) <br />PUBLIC HEARING, Resolution of Intention by the Planning Commission to rezone the area <br />along Cordilleras Road known as Cordilleras Annexation No. 1, from IS to RH (ROY <br />TOSCHI), declared open and affidavits of publication and mailing ordered filed. <br />At the Planning Commission meeting of 9/13/66 it was <br />recommended that the area be rezoned from IS to RH, <br />This parcel was recently annexed to the City. <br />There being no written or oral protests, Councilman Keckley moved to close the <br />public hearing, seconded by Councilman Bury and carried. <br />Councilman Rosselli moved to introduce Ordinance adding Section 60.2,24 to Ordinance <br />No. 1130, the Redwood City Zoning Ordinance, rezoning property in vicinity of <br />Cordilleras Road, seconded by Councilman Keckley and carried. <br />PUBLIC HEARING, Appliqation of Leslie Properties, Inc., to rezone property, being three <br />parcels as shown on the proposed Tentative Map of Redwood Peninsula Subdivision No. <br />1, as follows: Parcels A and B, from TP to IR; and Parcel C, from TP to R-1, <br />declared open and affidavits of publication and mailing ordered filed. <br />Communication from: <br />Leslie Properties, Inc., requesting permission to withdraw <br />Parcels B and C from further consideration at this time; <br />however, request for consideration and action as to Parcel A. <br />
